Unlikely many traditional consulting firms that operate a “bench” of permanent staff and are incredibly focused on utilisation – regardless of suitability – our approach is simple, agile and considered. We align resources to client needs – rather than “finding work to keep them busy” , which in turn enables us to use the very best people whilst minimising cost.
All our associates are individuals with whom at least one of our partners has a long term relationship with. We do not use external “body shop” agencies – but rely on our long standing professional relationships and maintaining regular contact to ensure that we have a full gamut of experience and capability available to support our clients.
And of course, like our partners, our associates are genuinely lovely people too...
