Sukh is a partner at This Partners and as a qualified accountant, brings substantial commercial outsourcing experience to his clients, gained from over 20 years’ experience in advising, designing, building and managing complex, global outsourcing transactions.
Sukh’s sourcing experience spans across advisory, delivery/management and service provider domains, which helps him to operate at all organisation levels lead and drive maximum value for clients. His advisory experience at This Partners was preceded by a number of years at ISG, where he led engagements primarily in the Financial Services sector. Sukh has also held senior roles at Barclays Investment Bank and Deutsche Bank. Most recently at This Partners Sukh led the commercial technology management function for a global food brand acquired by a private equity firm.
Sukh has been directly involved in ~€10Bn TCV contracts, focussed primarily on applications, infrastructure and back office operations. Sukh brings his clients a strong track record of delivery, allied with substantial specialist experience. He has experience in strategy development, evaluating and implementing sole source and multi-source solutions, governance and service management design, negotiation, transition, transformation and restructuring. Sukh has also led outsourcing related M&A initiatives.
Outside of work, Sukh enjoys spending time with his family, and is an avid sports fan and competitor. Although his best sporting years are firmly behind him, he still manages to indulge in recreational sports and most weekends he can be found sliding across a 7-a-side football pitch or sparring in the boxing ring.
