Driving value for money in cloud services for the world's largest sporting organisation

We carried out a short exercise to prepare one of the world’s most recognised global brands for contract negotiations with a new cloud services provider. This involved comparing our clients detailed requirement specifications versus cloud offerings from each other major global cloud services providers (in practice, although offerings are similar they are packaged quite differently by each provider and also vary significantly by territory).

We prepared a report detailed where the new providers costs and service offering were consistent with market norms and where they varied. We also provided guidance on contract terms and how those compared to market standards.

Our client was able to leverage our insight in the final rounds of commercial negotiations with the supplier to secure a cloud services deal with confidence that the services and pricing were appropriate for the market.
