This Partners also undertook a financial analysis of related costs and assisted with situation analysis including stakeholder survey questionnaire development. Survey responses were evaluated - both objectively and subjectively - prior to the development of the summary analysis.
Following This Partners assistance, the client had effectively documented its objectives, scope, key deliverables and other parameters for the delivery phase of its programme, had sufficient understanding of related costs for the project's basecase and had completed a stakeholder survey which enabled it to proceed with confidence.
