Allard’s background as a lawyer also proves invaluable to clients as they evaluate the choice of sourcing model and the associated opportunities and risks.
In his early career as a solicitor at one of Europe’s leading law firms, Allard advised major global clients on the HR aspects of delivering outsourced services in Europe. Allard then moved to Nokia and was the commercial lead for the biggest IT transformation in Nokia’s history. Allard’s determination helped Nokia achieve exceptional results: cost reduction in excess of 50%, significant improvement to the customer experience and successful implementation of the commercial, finance and governance streams.
Since joining This Partners in 2014, Allard has set up and led the Finnish and Scandinavian activities. During the past years Allard has provided invaluable assistance to a variety of European clients ranging from delivery of strategic sourcing plans through to leading large sourcing engagements in the software, AD AM, IT infrastructure services and digital space.

Allard enjoys spending his spare time with his family. In summer he enjoys cruising the Finnish archipelago in his yacht and in winter, he desperately tries to keep up with his daughters on the ski slopes.
