Anita is a Partner and brings over 20 years’ international experience in procurement, business development and asset development, including Head of Procurement and executive director roles. Anita has worked in multiple sectors including Renewables, Energy, Logistics, Broadcasting and Financial Services.
During her extensive client engagements, Anita has led a range of complex commercial transactions from leading major global sourcing programmes to the development and commercialisation of energy assets.
Anita has deep expertise covering all areas of sourcing including strategy development, cost optimisation, category management, execution of complex sourcing programmes, organisation and process transformation, design and implementation of target operating models and both functional and supplier performance management.
Anita’s strong experience across the whole lifecycle of capital projects from investment due diligence through to execution and operations, as both a sourcing lead and a project developer, gives her a unique understanding on the benefits and opportunities that can be accessed by deploying and effectively managing capital spend with third parties efficiently.
She has worked directly and indirectly with a wide array of organisations ranging from large global corporations and SMEs through to entrepreneurial start-ups and private equity. In procurement leader and shareholder’s representative roles Anita has worked with joint ventures and M&A teams to identify value creation opportunities through integration, rationalisation and multi project collaborative sourcing. Her focus is always on delivering tangible benefits to the bottom line.
